Description

You will help ensure stable, efficient, and scalable ERP processes using IFS Cloud across service and craft business units. The role covers day-to-day support of IFS Cloud applications, participation in rollouts and continuous improvements, and translating business requirements from the service/handcraft environment into working system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for IFS Cloud modules (including Finance, Supply Chain, FSM, Sales, HCM) and ensure stable system operations
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents; coordinate escalations with internal IT teams and external implementation partners
• Plan and support ERP rollouts across multiple locations and business units—from Fit-Gap analyses to Go-Live
• Configure IFS modules based on business requirements; support data migration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners and ensure clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Create documentation and SOPs and deliver trainings and knowledge transfers for end users

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT, Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• 3–7 years of experience implementing and supporting ERP systems, ideally IFS Cloud
• Project management experience (agile and/or classic), especially for ERP rollouts and system introductions
• Good knowledge of relevant ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, FSM, or comparable areas
• Technical understanding of SQL, reporting, integrations (APIs, middleware), and system adjustments
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent communication and coordination skills
