Description

You will serve as a key interface between business departments, IT, and external partners to deliver data-driven applications with real business value. You will design, develop, and maintain Business Apps for web and mobile, build interactive dashboards and KPI systems, and ensure data quality, stability, and performance. You will also identify and support the introduction and continuous improvement of scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conception, development, and continuous improvement of Business Apps (web/mobile)
• Build interactive dashboards and KPI systems
• Integrate and structure data from ERP, CRM, databases, and API sources
• Develop data models and reporting structures
• Ensure data quality as well as stability and performance
• Manage external partners and internal project teams
• Requirements analysis and creation of technical solution concepts
• Identify and prioritize suitable AI use cases
• Design and support the introduction of AI tools (e.g., process automation, forecasting, document analysis, LLM applications)
• Assess data readiness and system landscape for AI capabilities
• Support change management and training measures
• Continuously optimize and scale implemented solutions

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in app development (e.g., Power Apps, React, Flutter or similar)
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools)
• Confident handling of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with IT project management
• Basic understanding of modern AI methods and automation technologies
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high self-motivation
• Strong hands-on mentality
