Description

You will ensure continuous operation of the organization’s IT systems, including administration and ongoing support for business applications (including CRM). You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to applications, services, and databases, and create/optimize SQL queries and Bash scripts to automate diagnostic and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure continuous operation of IT systems used in the organization

• Administer and provide day-to-day support for business systems, including a CRM system

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve problems related to applications, services, and databases

• Create, develop, and optimize SQL queries and analyze data collected in systems

• Prepare and modify Bash scripts supporting automation of administrative, maintenance, and diagnostic processes

• Collaborate with business users regarding reported needs, errors, and functional change requests

• Participate in implementing new solutions and developing existing systems

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field

• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and comfort working in a terminal environment

• Practical ability to write and modify Bash scripts for automating repetitive diagnostic or maintenance tasks

• Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), including writing queries and modifying data

• Ability to create SQL queries, analyze data, and perform data modification operations using transactions

• Experience working with IT systems and databases

• Analytical thinking and effective technical problem-solving skills
