Description

Support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of an ecosystem development plan for AI Factories. Help map relevant AI ecosystem actors (networks, initiatives, centers, projects, and platforms) in the Czech Republic and EU, structure the collected data, and prepare materials for leadership and expert teams. Maintain and track contacts and agreed actions in internal tools and contribute to spreading awareness of AI Factories at events in the Czech Republic and EU.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating the AI Factories ecosystem development plan, its implementation, and monitoring

• Map the AI ecosystem via research of relevant networks, initiatives, centers, projects, and platforms in AI, digitization, data, and innovation (CZ/EU)

• Develop relationships with key AI ecosystem players and support ecosystem mapping

• Maintain evidence of contacts, collaborations, and agreed next steps in internal tools; track their completion

• Engage actively in the AI ecosystem and raise awareness of AI Factories at events in CZ and EU

• Collaborate with the project team and internal units to translate ecosystem insights into service development and long-term AI Factories/IT4Innovations priorities

Requirements

• University degree

• Interest in research, innovation, digitization, or AI (prior experience in these ecosystems is an advantage)

• Ability to understand and work with different stakeholder types (institutions, networks, initiatives, projects)

• Excellent communication skills (cultivated written and oral communication) and professional appearance

• Coordination/collaboration experience (e.g., school projects, student organizations, internships) is an advantage

• High level of systematic work and reliability; ability to work independently and follow through on agreed steps

• Very good English for daily written and verbal communication with international partners

• User-level skills with spreadsheets, presentations, and contact-tracking tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint)
