Description

Manage the HRIS system EGJE and related HR applications, data, and processes. Ensure organizational structure, positions, user permissions, workflows, and HR data reflect the real way the company operates. Support users, prepare HR reporting and data quality checks, and coordinate system error resolution with the EGJE vendor.

Responsibilities

  • Administer EGJE HR system

    • Create and manage jobs, organizational structures, locations, and payroll locations
    • Assign employees to correct structures and set relationships to managers or deputies
    • Manage user profiles, access rights, and active users
    • Verify profile correctness, organizational placement, and sensitive access
    • Fix and complete data that fails to populate automatically
    • Configure workflow for organizational or personnel changes
    • Communicate with the EGJE supplier to resolve system issues
  • HR reporting and HR data control

    • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports
    • Validate headcount, staff plan, job positions, and organizational assignment
    • Report on locations staffing, vacations, long-term sick leave, hires, and leavers
    • Prepare inputs for Country Manager reporting and payroll
    • Perform data quality checks: remove duplicates and resolve inconsistencies
    • Run quarterly turnover/attrition analysis
    • Create basic Power BI reports
  • User support and development of HR applications

    • Provide remote user support for the HR system
    • Administer manager access and related HR applications
    • Collaborate with development on applications for teambuilding and external training
    • Manage e-learning and gradually create user guides
    • Work in Business Central as part of P2P, including approval link management and internal codes
    • Manage locations in the IKOS attendance system

Requirements

  • Experience with an HR or similar corporate information system
  • Strong orientation in HR data, organizational structures, and system relationships
  • Ability to work with reports, find inconsistencies, and check data correctness
  • Logical and analytical approach
  • Carefulness, systematic work, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve user and system problems independently
  • Good communication with HR users, internal IT, development, and external suppliers
  • Willingness to learn new applications and progressively contribute to their development
