Description

You will take ownership of IT projects from early analysis with the client through delivery and formal acceptance of a working system. This is not a role for only “passing tasks in Jira”; you are expected to understand the client’s problem, align it with the team, and drive decisions to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations, discovery, and workshops to learn the client’s processes and find the real issue
• Structure requirements into a defined scope and acceptance criteria
• Plan and coordinate developers’ and QA’s work; set priorities and remove blockers
• Own scope, budget, timelines, and risks
• Manage client stakeholders, including challenging discussions about scope changes, dates, and additional work
• Maintain documentation, formalities, testing, and acceptance; bring the project through implementation and formal close-out
• Discover additional client needs and propose next collaboration steps
• Use AI for analysis, transcript work, requirement preparation, research, and workflow automation
