Description

You will design e-commerce interfaces that are not only visually strong but also tailored to user needs and built to convert. The work includes generating ideas to improve online stores, creating mockups for A/B tests and other research, and conducting CRO audits. You’ll also create and evolve design systems and run UX/CRO research to understand user behavior, working closely with CRO specialists and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design e-commerce store interfaces optimized for conversion
• Generate improvement ideas for clients’ online stores
• Create mockups for A/B testing and other UX/CRO studies
• Conduct CRO audits
• Build and develop design systems
• Perform UX/CRO research to understand user behavior and solve problems
• Collaborate with CRO specialists and developers

Requirements

• Passion and commitment to UX/CRO (required)
• Minimum 2 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio (required)
• Excellent Figma skills (required)
• Experience creating and developing design systems (required)
• Knowledge of UX design and UX research (required)
• Strong visual design skills (composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color)
• Carefulness, attention to detail, and quality orientation
• Ability to identify problems and solve them
• Awareness that the role must bring real business value
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Clear and structured communication of ideas and results
