Description

You will be a key contact for end users and support the full IT environment. Responsibilities span infrastructure and systems administration (Active Directory, GPO, networking, servers, RDP) and daily application support for Microsoft 365, Git, GED and other tools. You will also help maintain operational conditions (MCO) and contribute to evolving the organization’s IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure and the hardware/software environment: Active Directory, GPO, networking, servers, and RDP connections
• Provide application support for daily-use tools: Microsoft 365, Git, GED, etc.
• Administer the desktop and server environment: file server, print server, Active Directory
• Support users day to day: diagnose incidents and deliver appropriate solutions
• Contribute to maintaining operational conditions (MCO) and to IT environment improvements

Requirements

• First experience in IT support/systems administration (junior level accepted)
• First experience with user/customer relationship
• Strong Level 1 support skills and ability to coach users
• Broad understanding of IT environments and core infrastructure fundamentals
• Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy, and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a small team
• Fluent French
