Description

Provide ongoing technical operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure used in projects, and support project teams with daily IT needs. Administer and manage Windows and Linux systems, server and network infrastructure, Google Workspace, and ensure updates, backups, and security. Diagnose and resolve hardware, system, and network issues while documenting work and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide day-to-day support for IT hardware and systems

• Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux systems

• Manage project servers and network infrastructure

• Manage software licenses and software inventory/records

• Administer Google Workspace environment

• Provide technical support to members of project teams

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, system, and network problems

• Ensure system updates, backups, and security

• Maintain documentation for hardware, configurations, and completed tasks

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration

• Experience managing servers and network infrastructure

• Very good knowledge of Google Workspace

• Ability to configure computer hardware

• Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems

• Ability to provide ongoing user support

• Good work organization and communication
