Description

In the IT team supporting a medical products production environment, you will help users through Helpdesk support while taking ownership of issues and escalating when needed. You will install, configure, and manage workstations and mobile devices, monitor IT infrastructure, and support administrators. You’ll also contribute to tests, deployment projects, and create technical documentation as part of infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk position
• Secondary education with an IT profile
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices (Android/iOS)
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking
• Basic awareness of information security (cybersecurity)
• Communication skills, empathy for users, and good work organization
• Polish at least B2 and technical English to read documentation
• Driver’s license category B
• Preferred: Knowledge of networking, UTM administration, and switches; IT certifications or training
