Description

You will own and continuously optimize the online booking and sales journey using data to improve the customer experience and increase conversion. The role involves working end-to-end with teams to turn business and customer needs into solutions, testing them, and evaluating business impact across the Group’s markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the online booking and sales journey across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary

  • Drive conversion growth by analyzing key metrics, identifying purchase barriers, and recommending solutions

  • Identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes that enhance the booking journey and online customer experience

  • Set development priorities based on data, business needs, and the customer perspective

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and continuously improve booking journey functionalities

  • Work with development teams through requirements, implementation, testing, and evaluation within the SAFe framework

  • Prepare business documentation for development initiatives, track implementation, and assess impact on business results

  • Partner with UX to analyze user behaviour and market trends, and jointly design improvements that increase usability and support conversion

  • Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and use data insights to guide future initiatives

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in product development, business area development, or e-commerce sales process development

  • Knowledge of the travel industry and experience working with sales and operational processes within the travel sector

  • Strong analytical skills: independent work with data, preparation of reports/analyses/summaries, and translating conclusions into business recommendations

  • Advanced Excel skills for daily data work

  • Experience collaborating with IT, Product, and Analytics teams

  • Ability to identify and set priorities, make decisions, and clearly justify recommendations

  • Ability to prepare business documentation for development initiatives

  • Independence and excellent organisational skills

  • English proficiency at minimum B1/B2
