Description

You will develop and continuously improve Salesforce-based products to support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment. You will manage the product backlog, define priorities with business stakeholders, and translate user needs into practical business and functional requirements. You will also coordinate delivery of new functionality, monitor adoption, and drive change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve Salesforce-based products, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud

• Manage the product backlog and define priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders

• Co-create the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction

• Analyze user needs and translate them into business and functional requirements

• Drive communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries

• Monitor product adoption and usage, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate implementation of new functionalities and support the change adoption process

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize requirements with multiple stakeholder groups

• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions

• Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams

• Excellent English and Polish communication skills

• Living in Poland

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce

• Experience with Agile methodologies
