Description

You will turn client needs and business goals into clear, prioritized, buildable work, and help the team ship the right product. You will own real product artifacts from day one (backlog, user stories, release notes, demo prep) and progressively take on client-facing work as you build domain and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

  • Backlog management: own and maintain the product backlog day-to-day; write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria; keep items prioritized against product goals; prepare planning inputs with the engineering team.

  • Requirements and specs: translate client and business needs into clear product requirements; document scope, edge cases, and assumptions so engineering can estimate and build without guesswork.

  • Client meetings (with guidance): join meetings with client business and engineering stakeholders; prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and follow up; take a lead role on selected topics under mentorship.

  • Presentations and demos: build product presentations, prototypes, demos, and status updates for technical and non-technical audiences; adapt the message to the audience.

  • Discovery support: help run product discovery via competitor/market scans, user/stakeholder interviews, and synthesis into product decisions.

  • Delivery coordination: track progress; surface risks and dependencies early; keep stakeholders aligned on what is shipping and when.

  • Work with AI tools daily: use AI assistants across the PM workflow to work faster and better.

Requirements

  • Based in Szczecin, Wrocław or Warsaw
  • 1+ year of experience in product or project management
  • Familiar with software product lifecycle
  • Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
  • Open to AI: hands-on familiarity with AI assistants
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills: explain technical topics to non-technical people and business context to engineers
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving clarity out of ambiguity
