Product Owner (Technology)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team responsible for the migration and development of the technology layer of our products. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with technical topics, can break down large initiatives into iterative deliverables, and is confident in making independent decisions about product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Creating long-term product roadmaps and translating product vision into iterative delivery plans
• Defining sprint goals to ensure that each sprint delivers measurable value to the overall product
• Managing dependencies across teams and ensuring transparency around them
• Monitoring observability tools following deployments and backend changes and identifying potential anomalies
• Making independent decisions regarding the development and evolution of our technology platform

Requirements

• Basic programming knowledge sufficient to understand backend-to-frontend dependencies
• Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirements and task descriptions
• Experience working with monitoring and observability tools, or the ability to learn them quickly
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to make informed product decisions independently
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum C1 level of proficiency in each language
