Product Owner (MKT Tech​)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of the Marketing domain within our technology team. You will be responsible for a product that directly influences how users discover our services and make their first travel decisions, from driving organic traffic and optimizing paid campaign performance to enhancing inspirational content experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the development of the Marketing domain within the technology team, including tools supporting organic traffic acquisition, solutions optimizing PPC campaign performance, and features enhancing the user experience within the inspiration area.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to create and maintain aligned development plans for Invia and travelplanet.pl services.
  • Ensuring that delivered initiatives are aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Defining and managing dependencies across teams and departments within the organization.

Requirements

  • Understanding of key e-commerce marketing concepts and metrics, including SEO, ROAS, Google Analytics, and Core Web Vitals as indicators of website performance and user experience.
  • Ability to describe initiatives, epics, and tasks in a way that is clear and understandable for both business and technology teams.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and prioritize cross-team dependencies.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum C1 level of proficiency in each language.
