Description

You will independently organize and procure intersection, permission, and wayleave/special-use contracts for assigned infrastructure line construction projects. The role includes processing the wayleave utilization concept, commissioning and approving crossing documents, and conducting crossing approval procedures. You will also prepare and lead negotiations with owners and public authorities while coordinating external service providers and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and obtain intersection, permission, and wayleave/special-use contracts
• Support processing of the wayleave utilization concept for the assigned project
• Commission, review, and approve crossing documents according to project requirements
• Manage external service providers
• Conduct intersection approval procedures for the assigned project
• Prepare and conduct negotiations with owners, authorized users, associations, municipalities, and other public bodies
• Capture and incorporate conditions (ancillary requirements) from crossing management
• Coordinate with relevant public-interest stakeholders
• Close coordination with the assigned project and, if applicable, the Project Advisor Crossing Management
• Administer and document crossing management activities
• Prepare and conduct document handover from the assigned project
• Perform invoice and fee checks

Requirements

• Degree (university/polytechnic) in electrical engineering or surveying, or master/technician with relevant professional experience, or comparable qualification
• Advantageous: experience in overhead line and cable technology
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, databases, and SAP
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel and driver’s license class B
