• Role: Technical Program Manager (Critical Infrastructure Delivery)

Description

You will deliver complex network infrastructure projects for bare metal field deployments, partnering with engineering and operational teams in multi-faceted, cross-functional environments. You will define success criteria, manage risks with data-driven mitigations, coordinate alignment across organizations, and ensure governance-ready reporting. You will lead roadmaps, schedule tracking, staging/implementation plans, and field engagements focused on high-security datacenter network installation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hardware engineering to design technical solutions deployable in the field
• Identify risks and propose data-driven mitigations
• Define success criteria and coordinate relationships for implementing field deployments for complex cross-functional projects
• Coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations
• Deliver roadmaps for multiple bare metal field delivery pillars
• Track project schedules and develop staging and implementation plans
• Ensure reporting data is in place to support governance programs
• Lead teams to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct field engagements
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across CO+I
• Create and contribute to processes, procedures, and tools for continuous improvement in execution
• Participate in regular and annual planning strategies, including budget and contract execution with current/future scope commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 1+ year experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 1+ year experience with cyber security concepts and delivering projects that improve security outcomes
• 1+ year experience delivering technology in an industrial environment
• Ability to meet required security screening/background check requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check (pass upon hire/transfer and every two years)
