Description

As an IT Management Specialist, you work with a small, collegial team to shape the organization’s IT management processes, monitoring, and risk/control management. The role focuses on designing and optimizing operational IT management processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You also support penetration testing, strengthen vulnerability management, and prepare for internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Co-design the IT management system with the IT management team and align it with other leaders; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Steer and optimize operational IT management processes
• Handle incident and problem management, change management, access management, and IT risk management
• Maintain and further develop the configuration management database (CMDB), including its conceptual direction and structure
• Coordinate penetration tests and contribute to improving vulnerability management
• Prepare for reviews/audits by Internal Audit, external auditors, and regulators; address follow-up topics

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualification focused on IT management
• First relevant experience in IT management (finance sector or consulting is a plus)
• Interest in actively shaping and optimizing IT management systems
• Precise and reliable working style, quick comprehension, and high willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking
• Enjoy communicating across teams and finding solutions collaboratively
• Business-level German and good English skills
