Description

You will design, administer, and continuously improve a Bentley ProjectWise environment for managing project documentation across large energy and industrial projects. The role includes access and security management, defining documentation standards (structure, classification, naming conventions), optimizing project workflows, and integrating ProjectWise with CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, AVEVA Unified Engineering) and other enterprise systems while supporting project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage ProjectWise environments for robust project documentation management

• Manage access and security (identities, permissions, security rules)

• Define documentation standards (structure, classification, naming convention)

• Optimize project workflow processes to simplify project team work

• Integrate ProjectWise with CAD/BIM tools (Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, AVEVA Unified Engineering, and others)

• Develop integrations between Bentley ProjectWise and other corporate systems

• Support project teams; act as a key partner for designers and managers

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education

• Experience managing PIMS/CDE environments, ideally from large projects

• Strong orientation in project documentation (P&ID, 3D models, technical specifications, datasheets, and other deliverables)

• Reliability and effective communication with project teams

• Intermediate English proficiency for documentation and tool usage

• Czech at a communicative level
