Description

Lead complex data technology consulting engagements advising CDO/CIO/CTO stakeholders on leveraging digital data technologies to enhance business performance. Drive data and analytics architecture, frameworks, and integration to improve adoption and sustainability of solutions across technology, people, and process. Build strong client relationships and contribute to new accelerators, blueprints, and open-source tools for the data service portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Advise European clients on Data Analytics strategy, AI transformation, and data delivery programs

• Enhance data and analytics frameworks to improve business capabilities and integrate cohesive systems

• Evaluate current and target data environments and define technology roadmaps

• Define straightforward architectures and collaborate with architects on domain and specialist technical problems

• Maintain awareness of architecture and best-practice trends

• Lead data analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements

• Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams to execute transformations

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• Build and maintain robust client relationships

• Understand and expand Data Service Offerings by creating accelerators, blueprints, and tools

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect

• Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization

• Hands-on technology experience in Data Analytics

• Awareness of data technology trends and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Databricks, MS Fabric)

• Deep expertise in AI/ML, with strong focus on LLMs, advanced NLP, and Computer Vision

• Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices, promoting quality-focused code development and CI/CD

• Ability to explain pros/cons and recommend rational options to clients

• Confidence presenting viewpoints, analysis, and recommendations
