Description

Work as a Principal Data Technology Consultant advising clients (CDO/CIO/CTO) on how to leverage digital data technologies to improve business performance. You will define data technology strategy and roadmaps, design target-state architectures, and drive adoption and sustainability of data solutions. The role combines advisory, oversight, and delivery support across people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support European client data analytics strategy and AI transformation/delivery programs
  • Enhance data & analytics frameworks to improve business capabilities and integration of cohesive systems
  • Evaluate current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) data environments with business and technology stakeholders
  • Define straightforward architectures and collaborate with architects on domain and technical problems
  • Lead data analytics initiatives and technology consulting engagements
  • Collaborate with internal, client, and third-party teams to execute transformations
  • Stay current on emerging trends and challenges in clients’ markets and geographies
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure integrated, successful project delivery
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain robust client relationships
  • Help create accelerators, blueprints, and tools based on data service offerings

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Data Technical Consultant and Data Solution Architect
  • Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Visualization
  • Hands-on technology experience in Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of data technology trends, including major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with data processing frameworks such as Databricks and MS Fabric
  • Deep AI/ML expertise, including Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced NLP, and Computer Vision
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and best practices, including quality-focused code development and CI/CD
  • Ability to communicate technology pros/cons and present rational option recommendations
  • Confidence expressing viewpoints, providing analysis, and making recommendations
