Description

You will analyze business processes, propose practical improvements, and gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. You will also prepare decision-supporting reports, serve as the main stakeholder point of contact, and improve communication between business and technology teams. In addition, you will lead a team of junior Business Analysts and monitor solution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and propose practical improvements
• Collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Prepare clear reports and analyses to support decision-making
• Work closely with business and technology teams to improve cross-team communication
• Act as the point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment of goals and expectations
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements
• Manage a team of Junior Business Analysts

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience as a Team Leader
• Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP)
• English level C1 or higher
• Strong analytical skills and practical experience analyzing business processes and data
• Project experience and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Very strong communication skills (lead discussions, clarify needs, present findings to business and technical audiences)
• Ability to produce clear, structured, comprehensive business and functional documentation
• Independence, good organization, and focus on measurable results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Experience in Continuous Improvement (process improvement)
