Project Description

Join a global banking transformation initiative focused on strengthening fraud risk management capabilities within corporate lending. The role involves working closely with business, risk, data, and technology stakeholders to improve fraud detection, risk monitoring, reporting, and operational controls through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to fraud risk management.
  • Translate business needs into data, reporting, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with risk, business, data science, and technology teams to enhance fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
  • Define and improve fraud monitoring, management information, and operational control frameworks.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of fraud risk initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory expectations and business objectives.

Your Role

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably within lending fraud, financial crime, risk management, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of corporate lending processes and financial crime prevention.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with business and technology teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to fraud and financial crime is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
