Description

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Banking, you will support digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector by bridging business needs with innovative technical solutions.

Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate with bank departments to analyze and define business requirements, supporting end users throughout the process.
• Lead analytical streams independently, ensuring clear communication and implementation of functional and system solutions.
• Develop and document solution concepts, including process design, wireframes, and business rule modeling.
• Participate in technical solution design, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Support testing phases and coordinate implementation processes, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with development teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, within agile SCRUM methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Practical expertise in gathering and interpreting user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols: SOA, Web Services, and REST; and related tools: SOAP UI and Postman.
• Experience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST services with Swagger or YAML.
• Proficiency in IT system modeling and UML.
• Hands-on experience with CASE tools, preferably Enterprise Architect.
• Good command of SQL.
• Knowledge of distributed IT systems architecture.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in banking, especially in credit processes.
• Familiarity with BPMN and process orchestration using Camunda.

Languages

• Polish: Fluent.
• English: Communicative, minimum B2.
