Description

You will help implement and maintain a management accounting and BI reporting system to monitor company results in real time, plan more effectively, and continuously update forecasts. The role includes defining reports and dashboards (by department, grants, product lines, and gross/net margin), running regular reporting plus ad hoc analysis, and resolving data inconsistencies. You will work closely with leadership and the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation schedule and coordinate with the reporting system vendor (reporting.cz)

• Collaborate on defining reports (by department, grants, product lines, and up to gross/net margin)

• Design the content and structure of reports and dashboards for management and team leads

• Administer and optimize the system, including user training

• Deliver recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses

• Identify discrepancies, perform data checks, and ensure correct configuration

• Coordinate with company leadership and the accounting department

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in company financial management (controlling, management accounting, or financial analysis), ideally including cost/project controlling

• Experience with economic management of a company (P&L, BS, CF), not only technical data work

• Reporting experience: building and interpreting outputs that drive decisions

• Ability to independently define methodologies (e.g., cost allocation, cost centers)

• Knowledge of MS365, especially advanced Excel
