Description

You will prepare and deliver international corporate events or incentive trips according to client needs, managing reservations for accommodation, flights, transportation, guides, programs, and related services. The job also requires daily communication with Czech clients and English coordination with international partners, as well as preparing client offers and handling complete commercial cases with responsibility for budget, cash flow, logistics, and schedule/quality. You will further support groups at the destination, manage final invoicing and work with the accounting system, and participate in corporate tenders and occasional public tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver foreign corporate events or incentive trips to international destinations
  • Arrange accommodation, flights, bus transport, guides, accompanying programs/activities, restaurants, conference spaces, and AV equipment
  • Handle daily communication with corporate clients (primarily in Czech) and foreign partners/vendors (in English)
  • Prepare client offers and calculations; ensure full end-to-end execution of business cases
  • Own budget management, cash-flow monitoring, logistics coordination, and compliance with quality and agreed schedules
  • Participate in corporate tenders and occasionally in public tenders
  • Support client groups in the destination by phone or in person
  • Perform final invoicing and process items in the accounting system
  • Support occasional sales activities and lead generation for new clients
  • Occasionally attend international trade fairs

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education; university education is an advantage
  • Very good English for daily written communication and frequent online calls
  • Experience from travel agencies, event agencies, or corporate event/travel coordination roles is strongly welcomed
  • Strong user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Above-average geographic knowledge (primarily Europe) and good memory
  • Excellent organizational skills and logical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve unexpected issues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present offers to clients
  • Independence and strong sense of responsibility
  • High attention to detail and precision
