Description

Own fast-paced, non-traditional real-money game development end-to-end—from raw prototype to live launch. You will create Game Design Documents covering core loops, odds, UI, and art/audio, and align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations. You’ll also manage RNG certifications, platform distribution, and post-launch live ops using real GGR and margin data, while using AI tools daily to accelerate specs and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• 0-to-1 delivery: turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators
• Design & define: author Game Design Documents and align economics (house edge, volatility, simulations)
• Ship & scale: manage RNG certifications, distribution, and post-launch live ops based on GGR/margin data
• AI-enabled production: use AI tools to accelerate math modeling, specs, and prototyping

Requirements

• 4+ years in iGaming with a track record of shipping live titles
• Experience with instant-win, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats
• Ability to dissect payout distributions and discuss settlement logic with engineers
• Strong attention to identifying broken game economics
• Active daily user of AI tools with shared workflows
