Description

Build production-ready generative AI applications for products and client solutions, including AI chat over documents, chat over complex databases, OCR document processing, a health-focused chatbot, and multiagent platforms. You’ll apply genAI techniques such as RAG, agents, embeddings, and vector databases, working within a modern Python/React stack and deploying to cloud environments. Early client exposure helps you see the real-world impact of your work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-quality backend code in Python
• Build genAI features for document understanding, database chat, OCR processing, health chat, and multiagent automation
• Implement RAG and agent-based solutions using genAI frameworks and vector search
• Collaborate with clients and incorporate feedback into AI product development
• Support AI system quality via evaluation and monitoring (preferred)

Requirements

• Ability to develop production-grade software in Python (not only notebooks)
• Knowledge of generative AI applications: RAG, agents, AI frameworks, embeddings, vector databases
• Basic orientation in cloud development
• Git and Docker proficiency
• English reading ability for technical documentation and occasional client calls
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to learn continuously
• Preferred: experience with AI evaluation and monitoring (e.g., ragas, Langfuse)
