Description

You will lead the transformation of how the organization operates commercially, focusing on building next-generation sales processes for the AI era. The work spans strategy and execution, turning business challenges into practical, implemented processes with immediate impact across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the sales operating system used by Sales teams across seven countries
• Improve and manage data-driven sales processes (e.g., pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, sales stages, KPIs, dashboards, and cadence)
• Collaborate across Sales, Data/BI, Product, Offer Management, and AI leadership; translate strategy into workable processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project/process management, Sales Operations, RevOps, business transformation, or similar
• Proven cross-team change delivery and successful implementation of practical solutions
• Hands-on experience improving data-driven sales processes (pipeline management, forecasting, qualification frameworks, sales stages, CRM, KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics, management cadence)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and account management
• Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders and C-level leaders
• Fluent English; international working experience is an advantage
