Description

You will manage operational coordination for parallel streams of an AI Transformation program, covering business initiatives, the AI platform build, AI governance mechanisms, cybersecurity/FinOps for AI, and organization-wide change. You will plan and control initiatives against schedule, budget, quality, and business value, while maintaining a transformation roadmap and monitoring KPI adoption and benefits. You will prepare management materials and recommendations for the Steering Committee, Sponsor, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate and coordinate multiple parallel program streams for AI transformation (business, technology, organizational)
• Coordinate collaboration between business units, IT, architecture, data, security, compliance, and external partners
• Plan, oversee, and control AI initiatives across timeline, budget, quality, and delivered business value
• Co-create and maintain the AI transformation roadmap; track KPI, adoption, and business benefits
• Produce management reporting and recommendations for the Steering Committee, Sponsor, and executive leadership
• Ensure alignment across AI platform, AI governance, Cybersecurity for AI, FinOps for AI, and Change Management

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex IT programs at the business–technology interface
• Minimum 5 years leading transformation programs with budgets exceeding 20 million PLN
• Documented experience with AI/GenAI, Data Lake/Data Hub platform initiatives, digital transformation, and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Practical experience delivering projects using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and Machine Learning
• Knowledge of AI regulatory requirements, especially AI Act, RODO, DORA, NIS2, and Responsible AI principles
• Fluent Polish language proficiency
