AI Transformation Lead

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven AI Transformation Leader to serve as a high-impact partner to clients. This role focuses on helping businesses rethink how they operate by combining business strategy with cutting-edge technology.

We are seeking an AI evangelist with a strong technical background and hands-on experience deploying AI solutions. You will identify where AI can deliver real value, advise teams on relevant certifications, and show how AI tools can optimize employees' day-to-day work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or delivery roles, such as tech lead, engineering manager, solution lead, or senior developer with leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple teams, such as engineering, product, operations, data, risk, or business units
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, and automation use cases, with the ability to apply them in business and process contexts
• Track record of driving process redesign and standardization across teams to embed new technologies into existing workflows
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into prioritized transformation roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business value
• Experience working with engineering and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems in a scalable and controlled way
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into clear, practical guidance for business and engineering teams
• Experience supporting adoption of new tools, systems, or ways of working across teams
• Ability to operate across strategy and execution, with a primary focus on organizational change rather than solution delivery
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-level assessments of client projects to identify where AI can drive the most value and define actionable AI integration opportunities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, using hands-on technical experience to ensure successful, production-ready deployments
• Act as a trusted advisor on AI skill development by recommending certifications, learning paths, and upskilling programs tailored to roles and challenges
• Design role-based learning journeys and develop training materials, including workshops, playbooks, and guides, to help teams and clients become self-sufficient in AI adoption
• Identify and introduce AI tools that optimize employee workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort across business functions
• Establish and promote internal standards, frameworks, and best practices for consistently delivering high-impact AI projects
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, methodologies, and educational technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the practice
