Description

You’ll be the attendee advocate—using feedback and observing ticket prospects to ensure pricing, programming, and app decisions reflect what attendees value. You’ll coordinate external agencies for social and paid ads, manage a Europe-wide ambassador ticket program, and help plan and improve newsletters and email marketing. You’ll also work with internal analytics to produce recurring marketing reporting and support performance discussions, while proposing and testing new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret attendee feedback; understand what motivates ticket buyers vs. non-buyers

• Act as the default contact for external social/paid advertising partners; brief, manage deadlines, enforce quality, and provide feedback

• Own the ambassador program: structure, activation, messaging, benefits for ambassadors, and expectations for returns

• Plan newsletter/email marketing strategies with a content owner

• Use internal analytics (sales pacing, price ladder, ambassadors, promo codes, spend, cost per acquisition) to support regular reporting and agency performance reviews

• Propose and execute marketing and event improvement ideas

• Optionally build a media partnerships system (Czech and international media)

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in marketing, community, or partnerships

• Fluent Czech and English

• Strong people skills; ability to manage relationships and drive outcomes through external parties

• Self-directed work style; no task list handholding

• Uses AI daily; demonstrate high-quality AI-assisted output
