Description

Work directly with the CEO and take on increasing responsibility across two domains: consulting client strategy/deliverables and an AI sales assistant product. You will contribute to analyses, strategies, market and customer research, pilots, business materials, and go-to-market experiments. You’ll be given problems, context, and ownership—paired with analytical and production tasks tied to real outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting work: contribute to analyses, strategies, and client deliverables
• Gradually own parts of projects and drive them to completion
• Support AI product growth: market/customer research, pilot preparation, business materials
• Run go-to-market experiments and help develop new opportunities
• Sometimes prepare analyses for leadership of large companies
• Sometimes validate how to bring an AI product to new clients or markets

Requirements

• Master’s degree in progress or completed
• GPA under 2.0 (or comparable strong result abroad); a lower GPA is acceptable if you worked significantly during study
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Ability to think independently, decide, and execute to completion
• Strong natural analytical skills and logical reasoning
• Additional achievements: own project, student organization, competition, research, work, volunteering, or entrepreneurial attempt
• Interest in developing as a generalist and moving between strategy, technology, marketing, sales, and organization
