Description

You will own and localize marketing activities for the Czech market—adapting centralized content for local customers and ensuring it performs well. The role covers Czech social media management, influencer/UGC coordination, and Meta Ads campaign localization and optimization. You’ll keep translation/adaptation and workflow organized while working with international teams to test and improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage Czech social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Localize content from the central team: planning, publishing, and community care
• Create and share local content that can be used across other markets
• Localize Meta Ads creatives, texts, and CTAs; launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns
• Coordinate influencer and UGC collaborations end-to-end (brief → evaluation)
• Translate and adapt marketing materials for the Czech market
• Maintain a clear workflow in ClickUp
• Manage the Meet FAVI HR profile

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with social media, content, or influencer marketing
• Native Czech and strong understanding of the Czech market
• Ability to communicate in English with colleagues across markets
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work style
