Description

You will be the single point of contact for mid-to-enterprise brands, representing the agency and building trusted relationships around business goals. You will coordinate strategists and specialists, translate client needs into clear briefs across creative, media, performance, and retention, and manage schedules, quality, and capacity. You will also prepare proposals, manage budgets and invoicing, and—together with analytics—regularly report on KPI performance and drive organic upsell from a full-funnel service portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain professional oversight of collaboration
• Coordinate internal experts (strategists and specialists) and form the right teams per engagement
• Lead project execution: create briefs, set direction, ensure timelines and output quality
• Drive organic upsell by spotting growth opportunities and proactively proposing relevant services
• Manage financials: pricing proposals, hour allocation, budgets, budget usage, and invoicing
• Support reporting and evaluation: review KPI achievement with analysts and communicate value delivered

Requirements

• Agency experience as an Account Manager or Project Lead
• Knowledge of marketing tools and metrics
• Strong organizational skills to run multiple projects, meet deadlines, and write clear briefs
• Ability to identify the right experts based on the client problem and drive toward delivery
• Business mindset: budget control, profitability awareness, and client growth orientation
• Ability to respond quickly to schedule changes and solve issues flexibly
