Description

You will own the marketing contribution to business growth, shaping the company’s growth strategy and executing the marketing strategy end-to-end. The role covers brand development, acquisition, product marketing and go-to-market, lifecycle retention/expansion, and partner/channel marketing, supported by analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven automation. Success is measured through MRR contribution, marketing ROI, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and brand health.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create company growth strategy and own marketing strategy and execution

  • Drive marketing activities across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and retention

  • Identify new growth opportunities across products, segments, and markets

  • Build and evolve an experimentation and measurement system for business impact

  • Apply AI and automation in marketing (personalization, predictive lead scoring, automated campaigns) with clear commercial benefits

  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor behavior

  • Own brand development and positioning; ensure consistent messaging and efficient use of marketing spend

  • Lead marketing analytics and performance evaluation

  • Build customer advocacy and community (references, reviews, referral programs, community-led growth)

  • Co-create go-to-market strategy for new products and segments, including positioning, messaging, value proposition, launch, and adoption support

  • Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategy tied to CAC/LTV economics

  • Translate customer insights into product development

  • Support product adoption and business success

  • Own marketing support for partners and affiliates; develop co-marketing and co-brand activities

  • Work on channel enablement with materials, campaigns, and certifications to support partner distribution

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives and brand projects; measure marketing contribution and ensure alignment with company strategy

  • Lead, develop, and evaluate a ~30-person marketing organization, including setting goals, KPIs, and key marketing metrics

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively; foster a culture based on collaboration, data, experimentation, and continuous improvement

  • Proactively introduce AI into team processes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, commercial, product/GTM, or similar roles; at least 5 years in direct responsibility for marketing and/or growth

  • Proven experience leading larger multidisciplinary teams and managers, ideally in growth or transformation environments

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital environments

  • Demonstrated impact on business outcomes (acquisition, revenue, retention, or expansion)

  • In-depth expertise across multiple key marketing disciplines; ability to strategically manage the full marketing mix (brand, acquisition, product marketing, lifecycle, retention, and growth)

  • Experience contributing to strategic management of the company
