Description

This entry-level internship is designed for students, recent graduates, or aspiring professionals eager to launch a marketing career through practical experience. You will support marketing operations with administrative and logistics tasks, including event coordination and invoice/documentation support. Over time, your role will expand to participation in campaign initiatives such as email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Events & conferences: registrations, tickets, passes, deadlines; travel and accommodation coordination; ordering and tracking marketing materials; maintaining an events calendar and post-event contact/outcome summaries
  • Invoices & documentation support: collect vendor documents, verify details, pass for approval, track payment status; keep the marketing budget tracker updated; support agreements and order confirmations with vendors and agencies; organize marketing files and documentation
  • Day-to-day team support: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on action points; prepare simple lists and summaries in Google Sheets; coordinate campaign preparation (events, mailing, LinkedIn)
  • Marketing tool stack support: ClickUp, Instantly, Calendly, Apollo.io, ChatGPT/Claude, FigJam, Hotjar
  • Strategic exposure: participate in strategic meetings with the Business Development Team

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for drafting, summarising, researching, and organising information
  • Basic knowledge of G Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Forms
  • Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to take on administrative tasks (invoices, registrations, forms, records)
  • Clear interest in marketing and desire to develop
  • Openness to new tools and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Availability to work from the Kraków office when needed
