Description

You will lead media strategies for key clients and guide regional strategic efforts across markets. You will own parts of the tender process (as lead or key voice) across brand, creative, digital, and offline, while building strategic storytelling decks for clients. You will use insight tools to turn data into hypotheses, run workshops, and help develop topics such as commerce, CRM, data, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategies for key clients
• Participate in tenders with real ownership (lead or key voice depending on scope)
• Create strategic storytelling presentations for internal and client audiences
• Apply insight tools (e.g., MML TGI, GWI, Euromonitor, Statista) to develop hypotheses
• Facilitate client workshops on trends and the media ecosystem
• Develop and own strategic topics including commerce, CRM, data, and AI
• Allocate budgets across channels based on business logic

Requirements

• Experience from a media or communications agency
• Ability to see things in context (market, client, channels, data)
• Knowledge of strategic frameworks such as category entry points, mental availability, or moments-based planning
• Strong presentation skills (English + Czech)
• Analytical thinking; ability to reach conclusions from data
• Decision making and leadership; ability to lead projects proactively
