Description

You will manage and optimize PPC campaigns, evaluate results, and propose next steps based on data. The position focuses on performance, analytics, and consultation—connecting campaign management with conversion measurement, strategy setting, and service development. You will also use AI tools for reporting and analysis while helping clients grow through testing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Sklik, Meta Ads)
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend further actions
• Prepare A/B tests, work with data, and identify new opportunities
• Set up conversion measurement and use analytical tools
• Contribute to client strategy development
• Track trends in online marketing and performance
• Use AI tools for reporting, analysis, and efficiency
• Handle inbound requests and support development needs for existing clients
• Maintain long-term client care and seek new collaboration opportunities

Requirements

• Prior experience with PPC campaigns (ideally 1.5–3 years)
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Sklik (Meta Ads is an advantage)
• Ability to work with data and derive clear conclusions
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
• Experience in account management or a similar marketing role is a plus
• Strategic thinking and ability to communicate with clients
• Willingness to test, improve, and explore new approaches
• Independence, reliability, and responsibility for results
• Interest in AI tools and their use in marketing
• Ability to be in the Prague office at least 2x per week (rest flexible)
