Description

Own end-to-end platform improvements—from identifying system needs and architecting solutions to shipping and operating them in production. Build and scale services using Kubernetes/AWS with Terraform and GitOps tooling, while leveraging AI tools for faster, independent delivery. Proactively monitor reliability (SRE) and resolve issues before customers notice.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and ship fixes end to end without handoffs.
• Identify what needs to be built and start execution independently.
• Scale systems proactively and address scaling issues before they impact users.
• Operate the platform with proactive dashboard monitoring and incident prevention.
• Use AI tools as a core part of delivering complex features.

Requirements

• Built systems at scale (hundreds of CPUs, hundreds of GB RAM).
• Handled high traffic (thousands of ingress requests per second).
• Strong experience across both development and DevOps, ideally as the single owner of outcomes.
• Self-starter who doesn’t wait for tickets; able to identify and implement solutions.
• Fluent Czech and advanced English.
