Description

Build and maintain a platform that delivers visual prompts and personalized content on top of applications and websites to support onboarding and improve user productivity across thousands of enterprises. You will own features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation through testing and production monitoring—while integrating scalable microservices and data infrastructure. You’ll also collaborate with data science and ML teams to integrate AI/ML models into production (serving, monitoring, and performance optimization).

Responsibilities

• Solve complex production problems related to performance, scalability, and infrastructure; share engineering knowledge with the team

• Partner with data science and ML to integrate AI/ML models into production systems, including model serving, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Independently deliver functionality: architecture design, implementation, testing, and production monitoring

• Build and integrate data and Big Data infrastructure, including pipelines and streaming systems for analytics capabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend)

• Design and implement scalable microservices running on Kubernetes

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with documented independent ownership of full-stack solutions

• Advanced Node.js for APIs, services, and asynchronous architecture

• Advanced React for modern responsive frontend applications

• Experience with data and Big Data (data pipelines, distributed processing, or analytics platforms)

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems (model serving, APIs, monitoring, MLOps)

• Practical experience deploying and scaling services on Kubernetes in production

• Fluent Polish and English
