Description

You will manage the stable operations and continuous further development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role covers 3rd-level incident/problem/ticket monitoring, release planning and system change management, and analysis/design of process and system changes including customizing and authorization/role management. You will also support HR business stakeholders, execute mass uploads with data validation and error analysis, and handle change requests, data migrations, and corrections under governance and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operations and continuous development of Employee Central
• Lead 3rd-level incident, problem management, and ticket monitoring; coordinate external service providers
• Plan, coordinate, and execute releases; manage system changes
• Analyze, design, and implement process and system changes, including customizing, authorization, and role management
• Partner with HR to capture requirements, advise on system options, and support key users
• Plan and perform mass uploads with data validation and error analysis
• Manage change requests, data migrations, and data corrections in line with governance and compliance
• Maintain and further develop system and process documentation and ensure a transparent knowledge base

Requirements

• Several years of experience in corporate IT application management for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Very strong knowledge of EC configuration, authorizations, Business Rules, and data models
• Experience working with releases, test scenarios, and system landscapes in preview, test, and production environments
• Understanding of HR processes; experience collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Excellent German and English for international coordination
