Description

Manage and enhance SuccessFactors applications within the IT team, improving performance and alignment with transformation goals. You will ensure value delivery by supporting end-to-end case resolution, implementing change requests, and coordinating release and backlog activities with business and IT HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end case management: manage cases from intake to resolution and handle escalations for partners/distributors

• Evolution/change management: evaluate and implement change requests aligned with business objectives and compliance

• Agile execution: use agile practices, including user story creation, for planning and implementation

• Release management: coordinate monthly releases to ensure timely delivery and quality

• Backlog prioritization: work with support teams to prioritize tasks driven by legal changes and maintenance needs

• Collaboration: partner with IT HR stakeholders to understand needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven senior experience in SuccessFactors application management services

• Proven senior experience in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module

• Proven experience in one or more other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals)

• SAP SuccessFactors certification
