Description

You will provide daily support to users of CRM and ERP systems to ensure smooth system operation. You will maintain, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions according to business needs, analyze business requirements to design and implement system solutions, test new functionalities and enhancements before deployment, and prepare/maintain system documentation, reports, and user guidelines. You will also identify opportunities for improvements and proactively recommend new tools and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, IT, or Computer Science
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration/configuration)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• English command: B2 (written and spoken)
• Strong motivation to learn and develop new skills
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations
• Basic understanding of the real estate industry
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or SQL
• Experience in data analysis, including SQL-based approaches
