Description

You will join the internal IT team to support end users and manage corporate systems. The position combines daily user support with endpoint administration via Microsoft Intune, troubleshooting on Windows 10/11 and macOS, and basic Microsoft 365 identity/access tasks. You will also prepare new/returned devices (imaging) and maintain simple user/internal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across the company (requests, installations, configurations)

• Administer corporate PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile phones

• Manage devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)

• Support users on Windows 10/11 and macOS

• Diagnose and resolve issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices

• Perform basic M365 administration (create users, permissions, MS Teams, SharePoint)

• Install and image new/returned equipment for deployment

• Create simple user guides and internal IT documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (L1/L2)

• Excellent communication skills and customer-friendly mindset

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 from an administrator perspective

• Experience with Microsoft Intune (or another MDM tool)

• Solid ability to support Windows and macOS

• Basic understanding of networking and Active Directory (AD/Entra ID)

• Analytical approach to troubleshooting (identify root cause)

• English at a communicative level
