Description

You will implement, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. You will lead complex, organization-wide IT projects, continuously optimize the IT strategy, advise internal stakeholders on using Microsoft 365 effectively, and train employees. You will ensure smooth IT operations, handle incidents at 2nd and 3rd level, and support ongoing development of the M365 environment including risk analyses and security concept development.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, configuration, and administration of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)

• Lead complex enterprise-wide IT projects

• Develop and continuously optimize the IT strategy

• Advise internal stakeholders on best use of Microsoft 365; train employees in modern working environments

• Ensure smooth IT operations and resolve issues at 2nd and 3rd level

• Continuously develop the Microsoft 365 environment; identify new features and optimization opportunities

• Conduct risk analyses and develop security concepts to ensure IT security

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or comparable IT qualification with relevant experience

• Experience in M365-focused roles (Internal Consultant, M365 Specialist, IT Administrator, IT Operations Manager, or IT Application Manager)

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft products

• Reliable use of scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and administration of the M365 workload

• Very good German and confident English skills in speaking and writing

• Analytical, IT-oriented way of thinking and strong communication and teamwork skills
