Description

You will act as the central interface between business departments and IT with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions and take content responsibility (product ownership) for Business Central, including prioritization and further development. You will also analyze, optimize, and digitize business processes in an ERP context and support adaptations, rollouts, and international implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into implementable ERP solutions

• Own Business Central content: prioritize and drive further development

• Plan and execute adjustments, rollouts, and international implementations

• Analyze, optimize, and digitize business processes within the ERP

• Work closely with Key Users and stakeholders for continuous system improvement

• Deploy and further develop automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)

Requirements

• Completed degree/training in a relevant IT/business field or comparable qualification

• Multi-year experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP

• Experience in a shaping role (Product Owner, Key User, in-house consultant)

• Good understanding of business processes and their ERP mapping

• Ability to structure requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder collaboration

• Analytical and structured working approach with hands-on mentality

• Power Automate and/or Power Apps experience is a plus

• Very good German and English language skills
