Description

Support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications for Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), plus finance reporting through Oracle Financial Data Integration (FDI) and Power BI. Partner with Finance, IT, and the Oracle R2R Product Owner to gather requirements, enhance and continuously improve close/reconciliation/reporting, and resolve production issues. Drive testing, governance documentation, audit responses, and process improvements using automation and Oracle native AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Finance and IT; gather, document, and translate business requirements for FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and reporting enhancements.
  • Build subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, PCM) and understand integrations with upstream/downstream financial systems.
  • Support the reporting layer connecting Oracle EPM and ERP to downstream reporting via Oracle FDI.
  • Enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities for Finance stakeholders.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing for FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and reporting changes (define test scenarios, track timelines, drive issues to closure).
  • Triaging and coordinate resolution of production issues across FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve close/reconciliation/reporting via automation (e.g., intelligent matching, FCCS/Narrative Reporting AI features, allocation automation in PCM).
  • Stay current on emerging Oracle AI/automation capabilities and assess applicability.
  • Represent EPM and reporting initiatives in cross-functional meetings and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Support best-practice guidance and training for Finance teams; improve adoption of Oracle EPM tools.
  • Maintain key process controls and governance documentation for FCCS, ARCS, PCM, FDI, and reporting.
  • Support external audit queries and provide required information.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
