Description

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user-centered workflows. Analyze business processes, user requirements, and data to identify insights, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Use data and AI-enabled tools responsibly to organize information, draft documentation, and support solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the client’s industry, organization, customers, and business objectives
  • Build trusted relationships by asking questions, actively listening, and clarifying business needs
  • Analyze business processes, user requirements, and data to identify insights and opportunities
  • Use foundational data skills (SQL basics, data exploration, statistical literacy, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel)
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional audiences
  • Convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and test support materials
  • Use modern and AI-enabled workplace tools to organize information, summarize findings, and streamline analysis
  • Apply responsible AI practices (privacy, security, data quality, transparency, and appropriate human oversight)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver strong user experiences
  • Support testing, usability reviews, documentation, training materials, and client deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship
  • U.S. Citizenship and/or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance when required
  • Curiosity, professionalism, and strong desire for continuous learning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort navigating ambiguity and complex information
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify and explain complex ideas
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred (not required): exposure to business analysis, AI tools, data analysis, cloud technologies, cybersecurity concepts, or software development via coursework, internships, research, or personal projects
  • Interest in learning and responsibly using AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity technologies
