Description

Apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve complex business challenges across the enterprise, with a focus on behavioral marketing analytics and customer insights. Develop and deploy sophisticated data science solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance decision-making. Work collaboratively to use advanced technologies while contributing to healthcare and scientific innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models and data science solutions.
  • Build data pipelines and support ETL processes for analytics and modeling.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Use statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing to drive decisions.
  • Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply modern DevOps practices and version control for data science delivery.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
  • Preferred fields of study: Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Expertise with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and big data technologies (Spark, Databricks).
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, including dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
  • Experience with ETL and data pipeline development.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Git.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
